DISPLAY AGE GATE FOR CONTENT RATED

The age gate is a player overlay that requires the viewers to indicate their age and then either allows them to view the content or blocks them from seeing it.

This field is used to control for which content the age gate overlay will be shown depending on the relevant content rating.

Click on this field and select the required threshold to define your player content rating sensitivity according to the following options:

    • All age groups (Default) - Selecting this option will display the age confirmation dialog in the player for all videos regardless of their content rating.
    • Age 0 and above - Selecting this option will display the age confirmation dialog in the player for all videos regardless of their content rating, including the content that is not rated.
    • Age 7 and above - Selecting this option will display the age confirmation dialog in the player only for videos that have an age rating of '7 and above' or higher.
    • Age 10 and above - Selecting this option will display the age confirmation dialog in the player only for videos that have an age rating of '10 and above'or higher.
    • Age 14 and above - Selecting this option will display the age confirmation dialog in the player only for videos that have an age rating of '14 and above' or higher.
    • Age 17 and above - Selecting this option will display the age confirmation dialog in the player only for videos that have an age rating of '17 and above' or higher.
    • Adults only - Selecting this option will display the age confirmation dialog in the player only for videos that have an age rating 'Adults only'.
    • Age 99 and above (Age gate disabled) - Selecting this option will disable the age gate for your player.

Note: Selecting a specific rating threshold means the age gate will be triggered not only for this specific rating, but also for all ratings above it. For example: You set the age gate for age 14 and above. In this case, the age gate will be triggered for content rated 14 and above, as well as for content rated 17 and above, and won't be triggered for content rated age 10 and above.
