I'm having trouble understanding my payment advance

If there are questions regarding your payment advance, please submit a ticket here from the Help Center or send an email to: video.support@teamaol.com with the following information:

  • Your name.
  • Your Portal company name.
  • The business entity/ies that you do business/work with (for example: AOL Editorial Video, One Display, Vidible, etc.).
  • The month/s in question.
  • A copy of your payment advance ,If you have one.
  • Your questions.
  • Anything else that would be helpful.
