  2. Enter a name for your Playlist in the 'NAME' field.

  3. Optional: Go to the 'COMPANY' field and enter the name of the company that will be defined as the owner of this playlist. Relevant results will be displayed in a drop down list from which you can choose from.

Note: By default, the owning company of the Playlist is inherited from your Company Context. For further details, please see What is the Company Context Menu?

  4. Click on the 'Add Placement' icon 2017-09-07_14-31-00.jpg, and select the relevant placement type according to the following options:
    • Semantic - Selecting this option will automatically generate a dynamic query placement based on the text of the web page where the referencing player is embedded in. After selecting this option, please continue to either add additional placements as described in step 13 or go to step 18 to save your Playlist.

    • Static/Dynamic - Selecting this option will open a search screen allowing you to search, filter and manually select videos or create a dynamic search query placement.

Important! You cannot add more than 1,000 videos in total to a single playlist. This includes any manually selected videos, Dynamic query placements and any Semantic placements. E.g If you have a Dynamic Placement with a cap of 100 videos. You can then add either 900 manually selected videos. If you also have a semantic placement, one video should be removed (899) to allow the semantic placement to be added.

Note: Semantic placements will return up to 10 video results before moving to the next placement in the Playlist.

Note: You can add multiple Manual and/or Dynamic placements to your playlists but only one Semantic placement. The Semantic placement can only be in the first placement position.

Note: You cannot add more than one Semantic placement to your playlist. If you have already selected a semantic playlist this option will no longer be available when trying to add other placements to your Playlist.

    • Existing Playlist - Selecting this option will open an ADD EXISTING PLAYLIST window allowing you to search and select a previously created playlist by typing its name or ID and "nest" it into your playlist. After selecting this option, please proceed to step 12.
