When is a Video Comment Displayed or Hidden in the Open Voice widget?

After a video comment is submitted, it is not instantly displayed in the Open Voice widget for all to see. Whether or not it will be displayed depends on 5 main question:

  1. What is the 'Approval Type' setting of the specific Open Voice widget through which the video comment was submitted (either Manual or Automatic)?
  2. Whether or not the video comment passed our Nudity & Profanity detection services?
  3. If the 'Approval Type' was set to 'Manual' - then did a moderator Approve the comment?
  4. Was the video comment reported by other viewers?
  5. If the video comment was indeed reported, by how many unique viewers and where they logged in using an identity provider?
